Alliance Football Club Dubai puts the safety and wellbeing of its players, staff, and visitors above all else. Your security and welfare are of the utmost importance to us; therefore, in line with the current government guidelines, we have implemented heightened safety protocols and protective measures to ensure that every single person coming through our doors is kept safe. We are taking all the necessary steps to make certain that you have the most enjoyable experience with us.

At least one health and safety officer (UK Level 3) is always present during the training sessions.


Some of the precautions in place include:

 

Sanitisation of the Facility and Equipment

We thoroughly and appropriately sanitise the facilities and equipment before and after training, using industry-grade products.

 

Masks are Mandatory

Coaches and other staff members are all required to wear a mask at all times. Players must wear a face mask before and after training. Their mask can be lowered during any form of intense training sessions. 

Strict Limited Entry for Players Only

At this moment in time, no parents or spectators are allowed to enter the facilities. Parents are to drop off and pick up the players at the door. 

 

More Coaches and Less Players 

We have allocated more coaches to supervise smaller sessions with less players in each group, helping to minimise contact and interaction.


Temperature Screening

All players, coaches and other staff members will be appropriately screened for a temperature check at the entrance before coming into the facility.

 

Social Distancing

There is no physical contact between coaches and players. We observe social distancing of the recommended two metres apart, between players during the break and at all times before and after sessions. 


 

Does Alliance Football Club follow global health and safety standards?

We are adhering to the Dubai Sports Council’s guidelines, as well as following the rules and regulations under the Health and Safety Act of the UK. 

Are your staff vaccinated against COVID-19?

Yes, All of our coaching & administration staff are vaccinated.

How is Alliance Football Club maintaining its facilities, and ensuring they are hygienic throughout the COVID-19 pandemic?

We have several sanitary and social distancing parameters in place, including smaller group sessions and limited to no contact between players, coaches and other staff members. 

Is Alliance Football Club checking the temperature of players and staff at the club?

Yes, all players and attending staff members are screened upon arrival. Those with a temperature above 38 degrees Celsius are not allowed to enter the facility.

Are parents allowed to attend the training sessions?

No. Access to training is limited to players and coaches only. This is part of the precautionary measures taken by KHDA and Dubai Sports Council to safeguard our players. No spectators are allowed. Parents should drop off the students at the entrance and pick them up from the same spot afterwards.

Are your staff trained to deal with emergencies and other safety issues?

Yes. At least one health and safety officer (UK Level 3) is always present during the training sessions. Also, all members of staff are first aid trained.

Alliance usually trains for 75-90 minutes, why are your sessions 60 minutes now?

According to the Dubai Government’s instructions, all sports activities can last for a maximum of 60 minutes. We will resume back to 75 minutes (for U6s/U8) and 90 minutes (for U10s and above) as soon the restrictions are lifted.
